The covered tram tour of the back lot is included in the admission price to the Universal Studios theme park, and that's a big plus to anyone not living on a studio-mogul's salary. Your day at the park will get pricey!

The tour takes you through several well-known movie scenarios, actually putting you "in the action." There's the famous run-in with King Kong where the big ape tears up a reproduction of New York. (You may recall from several years ago an angry N.Y. Mayor Rudy Giuliani complaining that Universal had spray-painted graffiti all over their subway car, while the real New York had the problem well under control. Guess he wasn't impressed with Kong.)
