The lot has several exterior sets including New York Street with its 17 two-story building facades with removable storefronts. The street is equipped with streetlights, removable trees and parking meters. There is also a Central Park set featuring a recreation of a paved path section of the park that can be flooded and decorated with foliage to create a jungle river. (Just like the real Central Park.) And completing the New York theme is a full-scale Subway Car mockup. (Graffiti optional.)
